We offer care from birth to school age

Open from 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday

Open 50 weeks of the year

Walking distance to public transport

All Meals Provided

Meals are cooked on site by our wonderful cook.

Including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack.

Educational Program

Our curriculum is informed by the Early Years Learning Framework and we also implement the PreLit program, a comprehensive phonological awareness program for children in the year before school.

Suzie

Director/Nominated Supervisor

Owner of Bottleforest since 2008

Suzie completed her Certificate 3 and Diploma whilst working at different services within the Wollongong area.

In 2027 she completed her Bachelor of Teaching with Macquarie University.

In 2011 Suzie completed her Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood.

Suzie went on to further study with Macquarie University she completed her Master of Education Leadership in 2016, followed by her Master of Research in 2019.

Alisha

Director/Nominated Supervisor

Part of the Bottleforest team since 2008

Alisha started at Bottleforest after finishing school. She completed her Certificate 3 and then Diploma via a traineeship.

After working in the preschool room she enrolled in the Early Childhood Teaching degree which she completed in 2015.

Alisha worked as the teacher in the preschool room before becoming co-director with Suzie in 2024.

If you ask me about this school absolutely give 5 starts! I would like to recommend to everyone. All teacher absolutely amazing. The school program amazing. School help me a lot especially for my child who needs more support. All my kids always excited to go to school in the morning

We are incredibly happy with Bottleforest after being recommended it by a friend. Our son (now over 2) has been there since he was 9 months old and he loves it. All the educators are so caring, and kind and dedicated to the children’s development and education. He’s developed a special bond with them, which makes taking him to daycare so much easier. They do great activities like painting, drawing, playing in the sandpit, reading, singing, dancing and sensory play. We would absolutely recommend Bottleforest to anyone looking for childcare and are so grateful for the way they care for our son.
